Aaron Prayther of LCE’s Applied Technology Group to Present at Mil-OSS Conference
CHARLESTON, SC, - July 30, 2010 - Aaron Prayther, Technologist for Life Cycle Engineering’s Applied Technology Group, will present at the Military Open Source Software (Mil-OSS) WG2 conference. Mil-OSS was established to connect and empower an active community of civilian and military open source software and hardware developers across the United States. The second working group (WG2) event will take place August 2-5, 2010 at the Waterview Conference Center in Washington, DC. Prayther will present, “An Approach to Building & Maintaining a STIG’D RHEL Server” in the Cyber/Cloud/Geo track. STIG refers to Security Technical Implementation Guides published by the Defense Information Systems Agency. RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) is the world's leading open source application platform.
