Bill Wilder - Life Cycle Institute Facilitator

Bill Wilder, Director of the Life Cycle Institute

Bill Wilder joined LCE in 2006, creating the Life Cycle Institute to promote LCE’s unique experience and competency in delivering learning and change management that produces results. Under his direction the approach to learning and change as a process has been formalized and delivered to produce significant financial returns for organizations in software, manufacturing, services, and government. His courses are specifically designed to be “active training” programs that apply proven change management processes and tools to change behavior. Bill holds a Masters of Education from East Tennessee State University and a Change Management Certification from Prosci.

Mark Ruby

Mark Ruby, Senior Vice President

Mr. Ruby serves as Senior Vice President and manages the Reliability Consulting Group, which helps public and private enterprises improve performance by implementing Reliability Excellence (Rx) best practices. Mr. Ruby has over 20 years of financial and operational experience in manufacturing environments within multiple industries. Prior to joining Life Cycle Engineering, Mr. Ruby’s experience included serving as a Senior V.P. Finance & General Manager for The Robert Bosch Corporation, with responsibility for Bosch’s largest manufacturing plant in North America. Mark holds a B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Akron. He is also a certified assessor for the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Business Excellence Model and Prosci-certified in change management.

Jeff Nevenhoven

Jeff Nevenhoven, Senior Consultant

With over 20 years of experience in operations and reliability, Jeff’s broad spectrum of experience in diverse industries brings a rich blend of project, organizational and change management skills which have allowed him to help organizations see and solve complex business issues from many different aspects. As Senior Consultant for Life Cycle Engineering, Jeff, who is Prosci-certified in Change management, thoroughly analyzes and develops solutions that align organizational systems, structures, controls and leadership styles with a company’s business vision and performance objectives. Jeff’s experience as production assembler, service engineer, maintenance manager and project manager enables him to effectively work with employees throughout an organization to implement solutions that remove functional barriers and prepare and lead people through sustaining change.

Scott Franklin

Scott Franklin, Principal Consultant

Scott is a Principal Consultant for Life Cycle Engineering and Prosci-certified in change management. With over 30 years experience in organizational design, change management, and delivering sustainable improvements, Scott is a well-respected authority on organizational change, specializing in the leadership responsibilities of change management. Scott brings specific expertise in the areas of creating a combined learning organization in parallel with a strengths-based organization, while simultaneously creating a culture of execution. He is a sought-after speaker, writer and workshop facilitator who brings an engaging and dynamic energy to organizations. Scott is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and former nuclear-trained submarine officer.
