Approach:
The LCE Change Management Consultant(s) will:
- Perform a structured assessment of the change scope and organizational readiness, in order to determine the change risk
- Collaborate with the project team to develop the change strategy and the initial change plans, plus any recommended changes to the sponsorship or project team structure
- Serve as leadership and process team coaches, providing real-time coaching and effectiveness assessments.
- Provide continued coaching through the reinforcement stage to embed new behaviors into the culture
Our underlying methodology is to transfer knowledge and ownership throughout the process to create change expertise with your organization. We can perform services both in person and remotely. In addition to on-site coaching, we use virtual meeting and Webex technology to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
