Change Planning Workshop
Managing change well requires both a sound strategy and people with the knowledge and skills to implement the strategy. Although the most significant person in determining an individual’s ability to change is their direct supervisor, most supervisors are neither positioned nor trained to be effective change agents.
Life Cycle Engineering’s Change Planning Workshop is designed to create a change management strategy to proactively manage the people side of change and to create the knowledge and skills necessary for supervisors and managers to be effective change agents.
Scope of Services:

Approach:
The LCE Change Management Consultant(s) will:
- Interview your project team to determine change characteristics, scope and risk
- Tailor the communication plan, risk plan and resistance management plan to your organization’s needs
- Draft the initial training plan and coaching plan and train project team members on how to update, manage and maintain all five plans.
- Use these plans as the basis of a three day workshop with managers / supervisors to educate them on their role in change and to train them on the skills critical to successfully executing their role.
- Provide approximately 80 hours of support to develop the change management strategy specific to your change effort and create the applicable change plans.

- Training plan (initial)
- Coaching plan (initial)
- Resistance management plan (detailed) - Change management strategy presentation
- Three day workshop for managers and supervisors on change management theory, methodology and skills
