Applied Technology Group (ATG):
LCE’s Applied Technology Group (ATG) solves government and commercial customers’ business problems with cost-effective application of Information Technology (IT) solutions, specializing in net-centric and cyber engineering and testing. ATG provides rapid delivery of IT products through agile development and testing processes that are leading-edge solutions to long-standing problems. Our test teams gauge the effectiveness and suitability of systems and their components by developing real world test cases that measure performance, reliability, stability, maintainability and user impact. ATG world class system engineering teams lead our clients to fully recognize the value of virtualization and cloud computing environments that provide robust and fault-tolerant solutions for the most demanding situations.

Engineering Services Group (ESG):
LCE’s Engineering Services Group (ESG) offers a comprehensive line of engineering and professional services for U.S. and foreign Navies, commercial marine operators and industrial companies throughout the world. Our services include electrical engineering, environmental engineering, energy management, integrated logistics support, mechanical and marine engineering, materials and metallurgical engineering, and program and financial management. We have extensive experience with proven results in helping maritime and industrial organizations control and reduce costs, solve engineering and logistic problems, repair shipboard systems, manage programs and improve financial management.

Reliability Consulting Group (RCG):
LCE’s Reliability Consulting Group (RCG) provides consulting, services and education. Our team specializes in providing client-specific solutions that help organizations improve their operating performance. RCG’s 30 years of field experience has contributed greatly to the evolution of Reliability Excellence (Rx). Our Powered by Rx® approach creates reliability-centric standard practices for business processes, operational and maintenance work execution, asset reliability and organizational effectiveness. Our “diagnose before prescribing” philosophy results in providing optimal solutions to our clients’ needs, including holistic transformations based upon our Reliability Excellence Model, targeted reliability and asset management services necessary to resolve specific tactical issues that are limiting performance, and change management services vital to the success and sustainability of most initiatives.

Life Cycle Institute:
The Life Cycle Institute helps individuals and organizations learn and adapt to their changing environment by building knowledge, skills talent and engagement. The Institute’s team of learning, leadership and change management professionals integrates the art and science of learning and change to change behavior to produce desired results.

The methodologies taught within the various course curricula are practical applications with proven track records – proven through actual activities carried out regularly by LCE professionals.

Corporate Services Group (CSG):
The Corporate Services Group (CSG) provides services that support the employees and operating groups of LCE. The CSG is accountable for enhancing the operational capabilities of the organization by delivering accounting, information technology, business development, human resources, contract and purchasing services that are high quality, timely, and cost effective.
