Our courses are only successful when they help you succeed. We guarantee that you’ll be satisfied with your Life Cycle Institute experience or we’ll refund your money!
Cancellation / Transfer Policy
If your schedule changes after you have registered, please call us ten business days before the course starts and we will transfer you to another class or refund your registration fee. No registration fees are refunded for cancellations less than ten days before a course starts.
If you cannot make it to a course that you are registered for, we welcome and encourage substitutions.
If you do not attend a course that you are registered for, and do not contact the Life Cycle Institute in advance, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Some of our courses consist of multiple, interdependent class sessions. This includes Reliability Excellence for Managers. Much of the learning in these courses is based on group interaction and implementing tools and methods between class sessions. Transfers among class sessions in different course series is costly and dilutes the learning. If an exception is made for an emergency, a $500 fee will apply.
The Life Cycle Institute reserves the right to cancel any course. If a course is cancelled the Life Cycle Institute’s liability is limited to the return of the enrollment fee.
