Life Cycle Engineering Expert to Present Asset Management Workshop at Pipe Tech Americas Summit
CHARLESTON, SC, - January 11, 2010 - Mike Poland, Director of LCE’s Asset Management Services team, will be presenting at the Pipe Tech Americas 2010 Summit scheduled to take place January 19-20 in Houston, Texas. Poland will host a workshop entitled, “Risk-Based Asset Management”. Poland’s workshop will challenge participants to consider risk first when applying resources to asset management. Poland will walk through the development and application of a risk-based asset management strategy by coupling risk management, standard work, and condition-based maintenance to provide the proper application of resources based on process criticality. The Pipe Tech Americas Summit is hosted by World Trade Group. The event is dedicated to achieving technical excellence from pipeline construction through to maintenance.
