CHARLESTON, SC, - May 29, 2009 - Tim Kister, Life Cycle Engineering expert and Life Cycle Institute facilitator, will be presenting at the Shutdowns, Turnarounds, and Outages (STO) 2009 conference scheduled to take place June 14-16, in Houston, Texas. Kister will host a pre-conference workshop on outage planning entitled, “Outage Planning: Putting the Horse before the Cart”. Tim’s workshop will focus on elements that must be addressed in order to schedule within an outage window. Attendees will learn best practice outage planning strategies necessary to minimize risk and maximize results during an outage.
