Scope of Services:
- Collect rig equipment nameplate and configuration information
- Develop equipment inventory/hierarchy
- Develop Equipment Maintenance Plans (EMPs) for maintainable assets
- Develop maintenance plans/job plans, in agreed-upon format from finalized EMP
- Recommend any Predictive Maintenance (PdM) plans/job plans
- Review client comments and finalize maintenance plans/job plans
Submit finalized maintenance plans/job plans
Approach:
- We meet with you to identify job scope, equipment parameters and company policies.
- We perform a rig check to gather equipment information for equipment inventory/hierarchy, collect maintenance-related information (i.e. location, cooling, filters, etc.), obtain rig and location policies, and document area considerations. Another option is to review an equipment list that you provide.
- We locate, request and review equipment documentation, company policies, and environmental and safety concerns to develop an Equipment Maintenance Plan (EMP) for each equipment type/system identified during the initial kick-off meeting. The EMP will list all the recommended maintenance requirements and becomes the basis for maintenance plan/job plan development.
- We submit the EMP to you for your review and comments.
- When the EMP maintenance requirements have been approved, LCE develops maintenance plans/job plans for each maintenance requirement listed on the EMP.
- We submit the EMP maintenance plans/job plans to you for review and comments.
- LCE incorporates all comments and delivers the final maintenance plans/job plans for inclusion in your EAM/CMMS program.
