Project Risk Assessment

Life Cycle Engineering is offering a FREE one-hour risk assessment of a change project at your organization. We'll start by evaluating your overall project health in the three elements for success defined in Prosci's Project Change Triangle (PCT) Model™: leadership/sponsorship, project management and change management. We’ll use Prosci's research-based instruments to assess the characteristics of your organization and determine if your people are change ready or change resistant. We’ll also evaluate the scope and magnitude of the human impacts of your project on the business. Following the evaluation, we will provide a report identifying if your project is at risk, on alert or has strength, along with recommended next steps.

Research has shown that 70% of change initiatives do not meet budget, schedule or the desired business objectives (McKinsey Global Survey Results 2008). This failure rate has not changed in the last 15 years. Most causes for failure can be identified before the project begins. We can help you identify these risks early in your project process and provide recommendations to avoid these foreseeable problems.

One of our Prosci-certified change professionals will conduct this assessment by phone. This offer is available for a limited time to North America only. For interest outside of North America, please contact changemgmt@LCE.com.
