    The Senior Logistics Manager is responsible for providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and coordination of customer logistics functions to major DoD acquisition programs, reporting directly to the Acquisition Logistics Program Manager. This is a highly visible role and the position incumbent must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

    The ideal candidate will be a self starter with ten years experience as a Logistics Manager and DAWIA Level 2 or 3 Certification.  Knowledge of program planning, funding and management information systems, organization and functions of activities involved in providing logistical support are key requirements. Candidate must also have the ability to coordinate and evaluate the efforts of functional specialists to identify specific requirements and to develop and adjust plans and schedules for the actions needed to meet each requirement on time.  A general knowledge of multiple logistics elements is critical, including the ability to coordinate efforts related to Performance Based Logistics (PBL) type contracts and Logistics Engineering Change Proposals (LECPs).

    Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is currently seeking an experienced Financial Program Manager to join our talented team. The Program Manager provides support for non-NAVSEA financial management/ERP related tasks.  Responsibilities are performed under contract with the Department of the Navy. This is a highly visible role and the position incumbent must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

    The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred) and a minimum of ten years experience utilizing General Fund Naval Financial Management and accounting principles with prior contractor support experience, five of which must have been in a program/project/key task leadership role.

    Some of the essential functions and responsibilities include:  applying standardized Naval accounting procedures and guidelines to monitor and verify appropriate fiscal management of all contract funds; providing program coordination support in the areas of financial management reviews, including allocations, commitments, obligations and the expenditures process; and utilizing various automated Navy accounting systems and software to generate reports, review materials, and other information related to budgeting, estimating, project planning and execution, and personnel management.
