Integrating Learning and Change

Life Cycle Institute is the human asset performance practice at Life Cycle Engineering. To help clients achieve their goals, the Institute integrates the science of learning and the science of change management to produce results through behavior change. This is accomplished by using 3A Learning® and Prosci’s ADKAR® model for individual change to align goal expectations, acquire new knowledge and skills and transfer learning to the workplace.
