Three LCE Experts to Speak at International Maintenance Conference
CHARLESTON, SC - November 4, 2013 - Three of Life Cycle Engineering's (LCE) subject matter experts will share their expertise at the International Maintenance Conference (IMC) 2013.
Joel Levitt, Director of International Projects, will present a pre-conference short course entitled, "10 Minutes a Week to Great Meetings". This talk is designed to help participants improve their meetings through impacts on specific areas including: preparation, participation, facilitation, logistics and follow-up. The course will take place on Tuesday, December 10th from 1:30pm - 4:30pm.
Tim Kister, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Subject Matter Expert (SME), will also present a pre-conference short course. Kister’s course, “Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Who’s Responsible” will address the roles and responsibilities of the maintenance supervisor and the technician in the planning process along with the expectations of the planner/schedulers. The course will take place on Tuesday, December 10th from 9:30am - 12:30pm.
In addition to pre-conference workshops, LCE will also have a speaking presence in the general session. Doug Wallace, Senior Consultant and Materials Management SME, will present “Macro-managing your MRO Inventory" on Wednesday, December 11th in the MRO Spares Management Forum which takes place from 9:30am - 12:30pm.
IMC is an annual learning and networking event hosted by ReliabilityWeb. Over 800 maintenance and reliability professionals from 30 different countries are expected to attend the 2013 conference. The conference will take place December 10th-13th in Bonita Springs, FL. Life Cycle Engineering will have a presence in the exhibit hall at Booth #110.
