LCE Welcomes Back Bruce Wesner as Managing Principal and General Manufacturing Vertical Leader
Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is pleased to announce the return of Bruce Wesner as Managing Principal and General Manufacturing Vertical Leader. Wesner rejoins LCE with an extensive track record of industrial leadership, operational excellence, and transformational performance improvement across multiple sectors.
Wesner brings deep industry experience from organizations such as Huffy Bicycle, United
Technologies Carrier Corp, Therma-Tru Doors, and PGT Innovations—recently acquired by MITER Brands. Over the course of his career, he has held numerous executive and operational leadership roles, including Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President of EHS & Engineering Services, General Manager, and Plant Manager. His work has included leading major operational reliability transformations, overseeing substantial capital investments, and delivering significant increases in manufacturing capacity.
During his nine-year tenure with PGT Innovations and MITER Brands, Wesner spearheaded the implementation of advanced machine and manufacturing technologies and led the successful launch of multiple new production facilities.
Before his most recent industrial leadership roles, Wesner spent a decade as a Principal Consultant and Managing Principal at LCE. In that capacity, he served more than 80 clients worldwide, driving measurable results through Reliability Excellence and LEAN methodologies.
