What do you love about Life Cycle Engineering?
Everything! LCE truly talks the talk and walks the proverbial walk. With almost three decades in industry, I know that LCE is the real deal. Absolutely everyone is legitimately invested in your success both as you as an individual and the business as a whole. It is truly a special place: one I am grateful to be a part of in every sense.
What advice do you have for candidates going through the hiring process?
Just be yourself. Authenticity is not only key but valued. We are invested in your success and are advocating for you to join the LCE family. No one is expecting you to be perfect or an expert; who you are as an individual is just as important as a pedigree of skills and experience.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I shop. It’s very much my hobby. Always has been way before it became in vogue. I love decorating our home and clothes shopping for our kids. It’s always so fun to find those unique pieces. I also LOVE the water in any form. As a Charlestonian, I pretty much have no choice.
What is your favorite travel destination (or dream travel destination)?
Spain. I want real paella and authentic Spanish wine.
What would most people be surprised to learn about you?
Not much, I’m pretty much an open book. People would probably be very surprised, though, to learn that I was a painfully shy child. I would only converse (without being forced) with my immediate family – mom, dad, brother, and sister.
