David Mierau Appointed to Advisory Board of the International Maintenance Association

The IMA is a global, non-profit organization committed to advancing excellence in maintenance, asset management, and facility operations across industries. As an Advisory Board member, Mierau will help shape the direction, success, and credibility of IMA’s strategic initiatives, including professional development, industry forums, standards development, benchmarking studies, and more.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and discrete manufacturing industries, including roles at Merck and Eli Lilly, David brings a wealth of knowledge in engineering operations, capital management, and process automation. At LCE, he provides strategic guidance to clients across industries, helping them achieve maximum equipment performance and operational efficiency. He is also a respected educator, delivering training in root cause analysis, risk-based asset management, and technical asset management strategies.
