Company Values and Ethics

From the company’s beginning in 1976, LCE co-founder Jim Fei stressed the importance of “doing the right thing the right way” and “honesty and integrity in everything we do”. These enduring guiding principles are included in LCE’s Strategic Plan and continue to be an important aspect of our culture. These principles are evident in our relationships with employees, as well as the company’s interactions with clients, suppliers, and other contractors. We are committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct in all that we do. We abide by the laws of the United States and other countries in which we do business. LCE has an established and ongoing business ethics awareness and compliance program. Our compliance program includes a Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, and all employees are expected to abide by this code. We encourage a “speak up” culture, empowering accountability for good conduct. To that end, LCE has an Ethics Hotline and we encourage use of this hotline as a communication tool to bring to our attention any suspected wrongdoing or ethical violations:
